A. Service dogs for the disabled and pets kept inside an approved pet carrier are allowed on public transportation.

Carrier Size : Less than 50 x 40 x 20 cm

Weight Limit : 10 kg or less (Total weight of the pet and the carrier combined)

Extra Seat Booking for Pets : Allowed (Charged at the standard adult rate, maximum 1 seat)

• Pets must remain inside their carriers at all times at the boarding platforms and inside the bus.
• Pets must not cause discomfort to other passengers due to noise, behavior, or odor. (Boarding may be denied if other passengers lodge a complaint).
• Animals that may cause fear or discomfort to other passengers, such as fighting dogs, birds of prey, rodents, or reptiles, are strictly prohibited.
• The bus company and terminal operators hold no liability for any loss, injury, illness, death, or associated expenses of the pet during transportation.
